About Systemic Constellation Work

Systemic Constellation work begins with a simple yet profound truth: much of what we struggle with in life did not begin with us. The pain we carry — the depression that feels like it came out of nowhere, the repeating relationship struggles, the financial setbacks, the inability to step fully into life — may actually belong to those who came before us.

In every family line there are moments of rupture: tragedies, losses, betrayals, exclusions, injustices, and ungrieved sorrows. These moments can leave an energetic imprint so strong that future generations unconsciously take on the weight of what was unresolved. This is not done out of punishment — it is done out of love. Deep down, we want to restore balance to our family system, so we carry what our ancestors could not carry, feel what they could not feel, and sometimes even live out their fates.

This inheritance can take many forms:

Emotional patterns: anxiety, depression, anger, shame, or an enduring sense of emptiness that doesn’t seem tied to our own life story.

Relational struggles: repeating cycles of conflict, abandonment, or betrayal; difficulty finding or keeping a partner; feeling isolated even when surrounded by others.

Physical or health issues: chronic conditions, mysterious symptoms, or struggles with vitality that mirror those of earlier family members.

Life limitations: trouble with money, work, creativity, or feeling a deep block to moving forward — as though some invisible force is holding you back.

Systemic Constellation work allows us to bring these hidden loyalties into the light. In a group setting, we “map out” the family system by inviting participants to stand as representatives for family members, ancestors, or key elements of a life situation. What emerges is a living, breathing portrait of the system — revealing who or what has been excluded, where burdens have been carried too long, and where love has been blocked or interrupted.

With the guidance of a skilled facilitator, the constellation moves toward resolution. Representatives are given a chance to speak words of truth, grief is acknowledged, forgotten members are welcomed back into belonging, and those carrying burdens are gently released. This process restores the natural order of love: parents in their rightful place as givers, children free to receive life without carrying what does not belong to them.

The result is often a profound shift in the seeker’s inner world. They may feel lighter, as if a weight they’ve been dragging has finally been put down. They may notice greater peace in their relationships, renewed energy for their work or calling, and a new ability to move toward success and joy without guilt.

Even those who are not the focus of the constellation benefit. Simply witnessing this deep work stirs the soul, offering insights and healing to everyone present. Participants frequently report that by representing someone else’s father, grief, or illness, they receive unexpected clarity or release in their own life — as if the constellation was speaking to them personally.

Systemic Constellations remind us that healing does not happen in isolation. We are part of a much larger web of love and pain — and when we bring compassion, truth, and order to that web, the healing ripples out in all directions: backward to our ancestors, forward to our children, and inward to our own hearts.

Please Note: This is a Group Constellation Ceremony

Our constellation circles are held in a group setting, which means that you will be part of a shared ceremonial space with other participants. This format allows us to work with the collective field — where each person’s story, presence, and witnessing becomes part of the healing.

Because this is a group process:
Sharing is part of the work. You may be invited to speak about what brought you to the circle, and to share feelings that arise during the session.
Not everyone will receive a full constellation. A limited number of participants are chosen lottery-style to be the primary focus.
Healing is available for everyone. Whether you are chosen as the main seeker, serve as a representative, or simply witness, you are part of the medicine of the group. Many participants find that observing others’ constellations creates profound shifts in their own lives.

By joining, you agree to participate in a respectful, confidential way that honors the experiences of others.
