I am Lucy, the heart behind Petal & Salt — a space where ceremony, constellation, and intuition meet.

My work is devoted to helping people find freedom from the patterns and burdens that keep them stuck. I walk between many worlds, drawing from constellation work, shamanism, energy medicine, and parts work — but it is Spirit who teaches me how to weave them together into a living ceremony that meets each soul where it is.

I work intuitively, listening not only to the words that are spoken but to the field beneath them — the body language, the ancestral echoes, and the subtle energy that reveals what longs to be seen. In a session or circle, I draw from:
